Founded in 1978 by Richard G. Rowan, Paula Wallace, May L. Poetter and Paul E. Poetter, SCAD opened doors to creatively-driven education in the U.S. Today, SCAD offers over 100 degree programs for students striving to turn their passions into a creative profession.
