We have 259 rooms. We do not have suites, but we have deluxe rooms which have more space than a standard room. We also have full size beds in the double bedroom types.

We are independently owned by Sotherly Hotels but we are a part of Preferred Hotels & Resorts Collection of luxury hotels and resorts

Pool

The pool is an outdoor pool. Hours are from 7am-10pm daily.

Refrigerators & Microwaves

We do not have or provide microwaves. But we do provide refrigerators upon request & subject to availability.

Restaurants

Our Edgar’s Hermano Restaurant serves Mexi-South cuisine & offers breakfast, lunch, & dinner.

Part & Parcel is our outdoor bar & restaurant that offers appetizer items & cocktails.

Buffalo Bayou Coffee Shop offers light bites, sandwiches, pastries, salads, & soups.

Parking

Valet Only, no self-parking available.

Overnight Parking: $29 Sunday-Thursday & $15 Friday & Saturday.

Hotel Shuttle

We offer a complimentary shuttle in the immediate Downtown and Midtown area from 7am-11pm on a first come, first serve basis.

Public Transportation

The three options from the airport to the hotel are Super Shuttle, Taxi, and Uber.

Do we offer a rewards program?

We are part of the iPrefer Rewards Program.

Cancellations

Cancel by 6pm one day prior to arrival to avoid a one night room and tax penalty fee. If your reservation was booked as an Advance Purchase, these reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Deposit

A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. If an Advance Purchase Rate is booked, a full non-refundable deposit is required at time of bookings. Different deposit policy will apply during city wide events.

Smoking

The Whitehall Hotel is a non-smoking hotel.
